Job Description
The Business Development Director must be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. As a Business Development Director, you will assume a leadership role in developing and nurturing professional relationships with healthcare executives, physicians and insurance providers.
JOB FUNCTIONS
* Strategic thinking with persuasive negotiation skills to achieve prescribed goals
* Exhibits strong organizational skills and excellent oral and written communications to work productively with healthcare executives, physicians, insurance providers as well as corporate staff
* Maintains a safe work environment by complying with applicable rules, regulations, and procedures for safety management
* Accepts directives and compliance with all company policies and procedures
