We have an excellent opportunity for a Temporary Commercial Due Diligence Consultant in our Science Acceleration department.
This is a temporary, position for approximately 1 month. This position is not eligible for benefits.
Major Responsibilities Include:
- Determine size of market and growth potential (if a technology for which we're funding a application for proof of concept) with expansion to additional therapeutic applications
- Gather competitive intelligence and compare and contrast investment candidate with each
- Identify any unusual regulatory hurdles (optional, based on specific case)
- Evaluate commercial validity of business plan/application submitted
- Estimate revenue/profits over course of investment and likely length of time to recoup of NPV of investment plus predetermined margin
- Create proposed term sheet
- Graduate training and/or degree in molecular biology or genetics
- At least one year business school
- Experience in performing due diligence on investment candidates and and in writing business plans2 years of administrative experience preferred
